What is the time frame for delivery?
Delivery time for the UNIBET Store items is usually between 3-4 weeks. If you do not receive
your order within the specified time frame, please contact us. Otherwise, your package is
assumed to have been delivered.

If I want the order to arrive sooner, can I pay extra?
Unfortunately we do not offer express service. All orders are delivered in the same timeframe.

If I did not receive my order, but forgot to let you know, what happens?
Unfortunately orders older than three months cannot be credited back unless the shipment is
returned to us. This is why it is very important for you to email us if you do not receive
your order within 4 weeks, so that we may track it and investigate the delay.

What shipping company is used for delivering the orders?
The courier service for most Store merchandise is Fedex or Royal Mail.
For Europe, Store merchandise may be delivered by Fedex. A registered mail air service is
used for small and light shipments.

Can Items from the Store be purchased using real money?
If you are not member then you cannot receive any of the merchandise. The purpose of our VIP
Points system is to reward our regular and loyal players.

Can I have my order shipped somewhere other than my home address?
Yes. At the Checkout, you may replace the address which is pre-populated however you will not
be able to change the Country of Delivery.

Do I have to pay any shipping/taxes?
Once you order your item, there are no further costs you will need to pay. All shipping/tax is
included in the VIP points cost. In the unlikely event of a customs request for payment, simply
email us and we will be able to either reverse this charge or compensate your account for the fee.
Note: For electronic orders outside the EU players may have to pay custom taxes. The Unibet Shop
team will evaluate each order/request as it arises, as each country has its own specific customs charges.

Do the electronic products offered at the Store come with a warranty?
All electronic products from our Store come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If you
experience problems with your order, please email us for further assistance.

I ordered items at the same time, but they did not come together. Why?
Some items are shipped from different locations and will arrive separately.

Can I alter or cancel my order after I place it?
Once your order is placed, you are sent an order confirmation. Soon after, the order is processed
for packing then shipping. Once your order is processed, it may not be possible to cancel or alter
your order. If you wish to make a change or cancel, you must email us as soon as possible with the
order details.

I requested a change in my order, but it was not changed. What happened?
Unless you receive a reply to your order change request, we cannot guarantee this change or
cancellation has been made. Always email us if your question involves changing or cancelling
your order.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Please email us immediately and add the following details:
- Order number
- Item name
- Shipping company
- The problem with the item
- A photo of the item
Once we receive all the required information, another item will be sent to you. Depending on the
item, you may be obliged to send it back to us.

Will my Points ever expire?
After six months of inactivity your Poker Points balance will be reset to zero.
